A.C. Lewis provides a complete accounting service. The services provided are timely, accurate monthly reporting, annual budget preparation, and tax return preparation. Timely completions of the monthly reports are an integral part of maximizing revenues and managing spending on the properties. At A.C. Lewis, all financial statements are completed by the 20th of the following month. Monthly Reporting: A.C. Lewis has an experienced staff to complete a balance sheet, income statement and a statement of cash flows. The statements are reviewed and sent out by the 10th of each month. Annual Budgeting and Spending Control: Budgets are prepared utilizing a template created using historical data and market trends to accurately project revenue and expenses for the coming year. After the managers complete the template, the information is reviewed by the respective Regional Supervisor and the CFO for completeness. Budget Variance Reporting is completed monthly by the staff to explain any substantial variances in operations.
