10 day Dear Neighbor Survey – This survey includes many things that will help us with leasing in the future. Questions such as what factors were most important in the selection of your apartment, What would you change about your apartment, and what other apartments were you considering. These answers help us to get valuable information about what we are doing well and how we can improve. This also gives us important information about our competition
60 day Living Experience Survey – This survey follows up with the resident to get their current feelings about the apartment complex, by asking the resident to rate certain things on a scale of 1 to 5. These questions range from the general appearance of the property to how well our office and maintenance staff are doing. This gives us valuable information and tells us the feelings from the resident’s point of view how our staff is doing.
100 day Maintenance Survey – This survey helps us to maintain the highest standard of living possible for our residents. We make sure to note in this survey that no problem is too small. This is a simple questionnaire that goes through every aspect of the apartment asking if anything in the apartment needs repairs.
